Confidential+ Performance Reward

The Lab rewards decisive action. Upon the extension and acceptance of an official offer to a Stealth Vet, your account is upgraded to Confidential+ status.

The Reward: You earn one additional Interview Credit to be used for any SV in the database.

Operational Guardrails & Non-Negotiables

Compensation Transparency: For all "Targeted Solution" submissions, a specific compensation range is mandatory. Submissions without a defined range will not be accepted. We do not gamble with Decision Velocity.

The $100k Floor: Entry-level roles are strictly excluded from the Lab. Our SVs are calibrated for high impact, $100,000+ positions.
​
The Vetting Guardrail: To maintain Stealth Vet Brand Integrity, the Lab screens all interview requests. If a role is identified as "under-leveled" or misaligned with the SV’s caliber, the Lab will intervene to redirect your strategy.

The Gatekeeper Protocol: SVs have 3 calendar days to respond to requests. Interview credits are immediately refunded for declined responses or expired mission clock
